Good to know
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for parties. Play visits can often be arranged within a few days.
Do I need a deposit?
Not to enquire. We'll hold your date for 48 hours once we've quoted, and confirm with a 25% deposit.
Can parents stay?
Yes — parents are welcome to stay for play visits and school groups. For parties we usually suggest you relax with a coffee nearby.
Can we bring our own cake?
Absolutely. Bring the cake, we'll bring the plates, the candles and the clean-up.
