Ordering & delivery
We're a small shop and some of our pieces are large, so bulky furniture is quoted individually. Where a delivery charge applies we confirm the exact amount with you before dispatch — you'll never be surprised after the fact. Send us the item and your ZIP code and we'll give you an estimate within one working day.
Gifts & wrapping
Yes — on every order, no code needed. Your toys arrive in signature tissue and ribbon with a keepsake tag.
Choosing the right age
Every toy is age-graded against child development milestones, so the age on the label is genuinely about safety and ability. If you're buying for a mixed-age group, go with the youngest child's band.
Returns & problems
30 days from delivery for anything unused, and we pay the return label for US addresses. Faulty items are covered beyond that, with a 5-year structural guarantee on furniture.
Play visits & parties
Yes — parties start at $450 for up to 12 children with two hosts and a birthday toy the child chooses. Request a date and we'll reply within one working day.
