Every order leaves us gift-wrapped, tracked and packed to survive a delivery van. Here's how it works and how long it takes.
How quickly it arrives

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked, wrapped and dispatched the same day. Anything later goes out the next working day.

Every order is gift wrapped
Gift wrapping is free on every single order — you don't need a code or to tick anything. Your toys arrive in our signature tissue with ribbon and a keepsake tag.
- Add a handwritten note at checkout — we write it by hand, never printed
- Ship straight to the recipient and we'll leave the price off the packing slip
- Ordering several gifts? Tell us who each one is for and we'll wrap them separately
Collect from the shop
184 Sunbeam Avenue, Portland, OR 97201. Open Monday to Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 10am–4pm. Choose collection at checkout and wait for your ready-to-collect email.

We're a small shop and some of our pieces are large, so delivery on bulky furniture is quoted individually rather than set as a flat rate. Where a delivery charge applies, we'll confirm the exact amount with you before your order is dispatched — you'll never be surprised by a cost after the fact.
